01Who we are

This website (blackrockimports.com.br) is run by Black Rock Comércio e Importação de Artigos Táticos, trading as Black Rock Consultoria Estratégica, CNPJ 48.326.866/0001-13, based in Belo Horizonte/MG – Brazil, which acts as controller of the personal data processed here under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018 – LGPD).

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The content is corporate and informational. It is not a public offer, an online store or legal advice. Every import, purchase or transfer of controlled products depends on the authorizations required by the Brazilian Army, the Federal Police and other competent bodies, and on a case-by-case review.

The Ordinance 2,566 section is a reference summary with the cut-off date shown on the page. Regulations change; always check the official text published in the Federal Official Gazette and on regulators’ websites before making decisions.

Trademarks, logos, texts, images and the animated map belong to Black Rock or to companies in its ecosystem and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

The website links to third-party sites (trade fairs, associations and partners). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

You may not use the website to send unlawful content, attempt to access restricted areas, overload the server or scrape data.

03Data we collect

Contact form: name, company, WhatsApp, e-mail, profile, type of interest, CNPJ, city and the message you write. Only name, WhatsApp, profile and message are required.

Technical data: to protect the form against abuse we store an irreversible encrypted version (hash) of your IP address when you submit it. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) also processes connection data such as IP and browser to deliver the site and block attacks.

We do not collect sensitive data through the website, and we ask you not to include any in your message.

04Why we use it and legal basis

Replying to you and preparing quotes – pre-contractual steps requested by you (LGPD art. 7, V) and your consent when you tick the form box (art. 7, I).

Website security and fraud prevention – legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).

Legal and regulatory obligations of the controlled products sector when a deal goes ahead – legal obligation (art. 7, II).

We do not sell your data or send marketing without your permission.

05Who we share it with

WhatsApp (Meta): when you submit the form, the site opens WhatsApp with your message pre-filled. That chat is also governed by WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

Cloudflare: website hosting and message storage. Its servers may be outside Brazil; this international transfer relies on contractual data protection clauses (LGPD art. 33).

Google Fonts: the site’s fonts load from Google servers, which receive your IP address when the page loads.

Zoho Mail: our corporate e-mail provider, when you write to us by e-mail.

Public authorities, when required by law or court order.

06Cookies and local storage

The public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores your light/dark tone choice in your own browser. The admin area uses one strictly necessary cookie to keep staff logged in.

07How long we keep it

Form messages: up to 24 months after the last contact, or for the period required by law if a contract is signed, then deleted. Security logs: only as long as needed to prevent abuse.

08Your rights

At any time and free of charge you may: confirm whether we process your data; access, correct or update it; request anonymization, blocking or deletion; request portability; learn who we share it with; withdraw consent; and object to processing based on legitimate interest (LGPD art. 18).

Send your request to comercial@blackrockimports.com.br. We reply within 15 days. You may also complain to Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) at gov.br/anpd.

09Security

The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Messages are stored in a database that only authorized staff can access with a password. No system is fully immune to incidents; if one creates a relevant risk, we will notify affected data subjects and the ANPD.

10Changes and jurisdiction

These terms may be updated; the date of the latest version is shown at the top of the page. Brazilian law applies, and the courts of Belo Horizonte/MG have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumers’ right to sue in their place of residence. The Portuguese version prevails in case of conflict.
